Miracle Prayer

It was only a few weeks ago my sister Widget called to tell me that she was having some stomach problems. Needless to say it turned out to be much more than that. After a CT scan by a specialist, the report said it was LMS Leiomyosarcoma, a cancer that was aggressive and untreatable. After calling on all the Warriors to pray we got on our knees to ask our GREAT PHYSICIAN to perform a MIRACLE!

This was the prayer I wrote for my dear sweet sister before she went into surgery Friday October 6. After being in surgery for several hours, the doctor came out with a smile on his face. He said he felt he got 99% of the cancer and that it wasn't LMS but Ovarian, which can be treated. We believe a MIRACLE truly happened in the operating room! Praise be to God!

Today Widget is finally getting out of the hospital and going home. As her journey continues please pray for her full recovery and to be cancer free.

Miracle Prayer

Dear Lord I am so grateful

For the HOPE you’re giving me,

I’m praying and believing

Your miracle soon I’ll see.

You’ve surrounded me with love

Giving me Your strength and peace,

With the touch of your healing hand

I’ll praise the Lord I’m cancer free.
