On the sanctuary of my screened porch, I fell to my knees and cried out to Him in prayer. I opened my journal and began to pour out my heart. As the sun came up, God had soothed my soul by giving me words of comfort in rhyming prose. As I continued to seek God's purpose for my poems, He led me to compile my writings in this book, Still Before The Dawn.
